This treatment is the best to restore damaged hair. From personal experience, my long hair loves loves this weekly treatment along side Hydre Shampoo and Conditioner (Olivia's Favourite).
After cleansing, squeeze out excess water and apply to mid to ends first and whats left on your hands to the root area, leave for 5-15mins (longer is better), rinse then follow with conditioner to lock in the qualities.
